General

Becoming a member

Factions recruit in-game (leaders invite). Leader applications also in the UCP under “Leader application”. Civilian job and faction are mutually exclusive — joining ends your civilian job.

Leaders & ranks

Leader rank is 12 (SOM). Leaders: /invite, /uninvite [reason] [player], /giverank, /setrangname, faction bank. Staff set leaders with /makeleader or in the UCP (Faction leaders).

Spawn at the base

/spawnchange → choose faction spawn. You then start in your faction base (interior depends on faction).

Faction bank & payday

/fbank — view bank, deposit; leaders can withdraw. Faction pay comes on payday (60 min active). Leaders set pay per rank in the UCP leader panel.

Faction vehicles

Two systems: base cars at the faction base (respawn automatically) and faction dealership in LV (/frakhaus, rank 12+, buys from DB frakcars). Base cars active again for LCN, Yakuza, Grove and Ballas (deploy 07/2026). Leaders: /leadercarrespawn respawns all faction vehicles.

Gangwar & territories

/gangwars — ongoing fights. /gebiete — own territories. /gebietsinfo — score in a fight. /igebiete — map overview. Start: /gangwar at a flag (15:00–21:00, rank 11+, at least 2 defenders online). Fight: 60 min, goal 120 points, 3 flags per zone. Waypoints: /navi → gang bases. Factions: LCN, Yakuza, Grove, Ballas, MS13, Red, Scarfo, Triads (Brigada currently does not start GW).

Mobile speed cameras (LSPD & OAMT)

From rank 4, LSPD and Ordnungsamt can place mobile speed cameras (max. 20 server-wide).

Place: /createblitzer [km/h] [0|1] — 0 = outside city, 1 = inside city (20–350 km/h).
Manage: /blitzer (list + map mark), /editblitzer (speed, area, position), /destroyblitzer nearby.

Cameras persist after restart. If a driver exceeds the limit (6 km/h tolerance), the normal fine system applies (fine + Bayside points). Police, OAMT and emergency vehicles are exempt.

Changing clothes at the base

At your faction base (label /frakheal | /fraklager | /umkleide) use /umkleide to switch between civilian and duty clothes and pick a faction skin. The saved duty skin (pChar) is kept — after relog you start in duty clothes again.

Entering / leaving the base

Many bases are open (spawn inside or outside). Yakuza & Terror: yellow pickup — Enter (not /exit). Label: “Use F or ENTER”. Faction doors only for faction members.

Gang — faction ID 14, shown as MS13 everywhere in-game.

Red Faction ID 15 Active Gangs

How it works
  1. Open base in Red County — base cars currently disabled; faction dealership for leaders.
Tip
Gang — gangwar pay via territories. Base vehicles like Grove/Ballas may follow later.

Most Wanted / Biker (Dillimor Devils) ID 21 Active Gangs

How it works
  1. Motorcycle gang — base via interior 11 / VW 21, equip inside.
Tip
In the menu “Dillimor Devils” — faction ID 21. No gangwar system (unlike Grove/Ballas).
